To be eligible for a refund, you must request it no later than 24 hours before your session. Refund requests must be submitted via the website or email;.
1.2 Non-Refundable Items

2.1 Coaching Packages
Refunds for coaching packages are prorated based on the number of sessions used. To qualify for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of purchasing the package and before more than 2 sessions have been used.
