Do you provide meal plans and exercise routines?Because weight loss is predominantly dictated by your diet and I don't believe in attempting too many changes at once, I typically focus on nutrition and can provide meal plans and recipes for clients who prefer a more structured approach. However, I can also suggest exercise routines based lifestyle and fitness level.

Can you help with medical conditions like diabetes or hypertension?While the dietary changes I suggest can have an amazing effect on many health problems, I recommend consulting with your healthcare provider for medical-specific guidance.

How do the Zoom consultations work?After scheduling your session, you will receive a Zoom link via email. At the appointed time, simply click the link to join the video call. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet space for the best experience.
